Independent Medical Examinations
Our independent medical examination (IME) services will provide you with an independent physician who has not previously been involved in a case. Our independent medical exam can be conducted to determine the cause, extent, and required medical treatment of an injury where liability is at issue and whether any permanent impairment remains after treatment.
Dr. Richard S Kaplan is a Board Certified Physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a Certified Life Care Planner who has performed hundreds of Independent Medical Examinations for injured individuals.
